Unfortunately it’s not doing any of that and that’s where the government has failed. Businesses are struggling to survive and therefore pay little tax.The majority of the working population doesn’t work and therefore don’t pay tax to fill up the coffers. Zimbabwe has not been paying off its loans from international lenders and as a result that door is shut. So what next Zimbabwe?
